Monitoring press advertisement
DE FACTO Marketing agency carries out monthly monitoring of advertising market volume in press and expenditures for advertising in printed mass media. The project is realized jointly with PR Media Tashkent agency. Monitoring of published mass media started since August, 2007. In the framework of project, 20 published mass media are processed. The editions lists are formed through regular media-researchers.    
At present time, the following editions are started:

In every edition all the module advertisement and made to order materials are registered, which are published on commercial base (as advertising rights).
The following items are not subject to registration:
·         Enclosures in editions without any relevance to present edition;
·         Made to order materials, if there is no any notes about publishing on commercial base in publishing data or content;
·         Advertising filming;
·         Editorial support materials;
·         Heading sponsorship
·         Editorial self-advertising (advertising of the edition in present edition);
When registering advertisement for every advertisement module by size of more than 1/16, A4 we register name, format, location in edition, advertiser, advertised brand and product category. The other advertisements by smaller size are registered as “small format advertisement”.
Every advertising module has its set price corresponding to its placement based on publishing houses’ official prices in USD, excluding discounts and taxes but including murkup for placing and coloration.
All printed copies of processed editions are kept during a year in the company’s archives. Monitoring data are prepared monthly based till 15th for previous month. Information on monitoring results can be presented as in the form of electronic database of MS Access so in the form of printed reports.
