Telephone questioning

Telephone survey is reasonable to conduct only in centers of population with high level of installed telephones. Otherwise, the obtained information will be unreliable.

The advantage of the method is operability in data collection, opportunity to control interviewer’s work.

The shortcoming of telephone survey is its short duration. Thus, by means of telephone it is impossible to collect deep information or respondents’ opinion related to wide frame.
