Telephone survey (CATI)

Telephone survey is appropriate only in those settlements where the degree of telephony is high. Otherwise, the information obtained will be unreliable.

The advantage of the method is the efficiency of obtaining data, the ability to control the work of the interviewer.

The disadvantage of telephone interviewing is its short duration. Therefore, it is not possible to collect in-depth information or opinions of respondents on a wide range of issues using the phone.
